Card Payments
By completing a transaction with a credit/debit card, the customer agrees that they are the rightful card owner, or is authorized by the rightful card owner to complete the transaction. Based on this, filing a chargeback after completing a transaction with Yoru Apparel is considered fraudulent.  

Shipping Info
Allow 1-5 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) for order processing, unless otherwise specified (i.e. pre-orders). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information with the email you used at checkout

Pre-Order Info
Pre-Order production starts after the store closes (usually 1 week). Timeframes for production are always listed on product page. Once the pre-order window closes, you may cancel, but you may not change your size. 

Refund/Return Policy
We do not accept returns or size changes once an order is shipped. All sales are final, please shop wisely

Lost Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Incorrect Address
We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Address changes can be made if the order has not yet been shipped. If an item fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, the buyer will have to pay the fees for the item to be reshipped.

Privacy Policy
Customer information is confidential and will never be shared/sold. Yoru Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order order based on fraud risk and/or past behavior
